	ORDER DETAILS All our designs can be personalised to complement your special occasion, including the colour scheme.  Please enquire and we will endeavour to fulfil all your requirements. There is NO minimum order quantity. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks turnaround for your order. To secure your order, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before work commences on your stationery.  Once your order is placed, a free proof (artwork sample) will be created and sent to you for your approval.  Any additional proofs required will be charged for. All wedding stationery is handmade to order and personalised to your requirements.  Therefore, please ensure that you check the proof thoroughly as it will be used as a template for the production process. Upon receiving your signed proof, it is then accepted as a confirmation that you are happy with the design and that all wordings and spellings on the cards are correct.  At this point, the production process will commence and costs will be incurred.  Consequently, your deposit will become non-refundable. The remaining balance of the amount owing is required before your order is despatched.  Your stationery will be despatched to your home or office within 6 – 8 weeks of placing your order.  All deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Therefore, the delivery charges (based on the weight of the package) will be added onto your order. Here at Sublime Creations, we strive to offer an exceptional level of customer service.  The following tasks listed below are crucial in our mission to providing a quality product.  As a result, we happily offer them at no additional cost.  It is all part of the service! For all wedding stationery orders, we perform the following tasks: •    Printing of bride and groom’s names on each invitation •    Printing of guest’s name* on each invitation •    Printing of guest’s name* on each placecard •    Printing of reply address on each reply envelope •    Printing in coloured text * You must supply all your guest’s names in a word document format. You have the flexibility to choose either a combination or all of the FREE services listed above.  It is entirely up to you to decide how much or how little you want us to do.
